Why is my car beeping and/or not turning on?
The beeping feature on your vehicle’s payment reminder/starter-interrupt device may be enabled due to non-payment. In cases of severe delinquency, the starter-interrupt device may be activated to disable your vehicle. If your car is disabled, please do not repeatedly attempt to start the engine, as it may damage your car. Please call/text us on 833-NOBEEPS/833-662-3377 to enable the car and resume normal operations of your vehicle.

What if I don’t make a payment?
If your vehicle is drivable at this time, further delay in payment may result in disablement or repossession of your vehicle in accordance with the terms of your contract and any addendums thereto and applicable law. If your vehicle is disabled already, further delay in payment may result in a repossession.

What do I do in case of emergency?
If your vehicle has been disabled and you need to use the vehicle because of an emergency, you may request emergency access to start the vehicle. Emergency access is temporary and will allow you to start the vehicle for 24 hours after access is granted. If your default has not been cured by the end of the 24-hour grant period, the vehicle will be disabled again. Credito Real USA Finance does not waive any rights under contract or law by granting emergency access. Emergency access may be granted once during any calendar month and Credito Real USA Finance retains the right to grant or deny any subsequent request at its discretion.
